Danielle Israel
Founder and CEO of Hive. Previously served as VP of Research & Consulting at Kayma Labs, where she focused on improving public policy for government entities using evidence-based behavioral approaches.
Before that, she founded Act.IL, a community-driven initiative for public diplomacy, and XPOZ, an AI-powered cybersecurity platform designed to detect and counter disinformation.
Holds a master's degree in cognitive science and neuroscience with a specialization in rationality research from the Hebrew University and a bachelor's degree in government, diplomacy, and strategy with a focus on political psychology from Reichman University.
Coral Gabay
Comes with a background in behavioral research and project management, with experience in product management in the education sector and public domain.
Leads Hive Behavioral - Hive’s survey product.
A PhD candidate in philosophy at Tel Aviv University. Holds a master's degree in neuroscience with highest honors and a dual bachelor's degree in psychology and biology, specializing in neuroscience – both from Tel Aviv University.
Malak Masalha
Brings a background in partnership management and business development in the public and social sectors, with experience leading programs that promote employment and workforce integration.
Currently leads business partnerships at Hive.
Holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and communication from Tel Aviv University and a master's degree in gender studies from Bar-Ilan University.
Dr. Max Overbeck
A quantitative social scientist with expertise in survey research, computational text analysis, and statistical modeling. Previously served as a postdoctoral researcher at the Hebrew University in an ERC-funded project focused on political psychology and big data media analysis.
At Hive, responsible for developing algorithmic strategies that integrate behavioral analysis, social media insights, and geographic data.
Holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of Stuttgart (2019), along with dual BA/MA degrees from the University of Stuttgart and Sciences Po Bordeaux.
Michael MarCus
Experienced in developing advanced solutions in natural language processing (NLP) and backend software engineering. Responsible for engineering and data science at Hive.
Holds both a bachelor's and a master's degree in computer science with a specialization in data science from Ecole Centrale d'Electronique, Paris.
Noa Shen Drutin
Specializes in decision-making analysis and the impact of cognitive biases and psychological tools on behavior. Experienced in data analysis and statistical modeling as a data analyst and teaches statistics and research methods.
At Hive, leads quantitative behavioral research.
Holds a master's degree with honors in cognitive psychology, specializing in computational psychology, and a bachelor's degree in psychology and economics – both from Tel Aviv University.
Noam Kost
Brings extensive experience in product management, data analysis, and economic consulting across the finance sector, high-tech industry, and public sector.
Currently leads product management at Hive.
Holds a master’s degree in financial economics and a bachelor’s degree in philosophy, economics, and political science (PPE), both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Shahar Levy
Holds a diverse toolkit that includes communications operations and reputational strategy development. Specializes in cross-platform communication in new media, integrating new and traditional media, monitoring competing narratives in sector-specific media, and leveraging a wide range of stakeholder interfaces. At Hive, Shahar serves as a Product Operations Manager, bringing hands-on experience in crisis management and cross-sectoral staff work within Israeli media and politics.
Shai Yagur
An entrepreneur and technology leader with deep expertise in artificial intelligence and generative AI.
Previously led AI research and development at Nintex and built Kryon’s Business Process Discovery platform.
Co-founded Omek Interactive (acquired by Intel) and Timocco, and previously served as CTO and General Manager of IDT’s Video Innovation Lab.
At Hive, leads the company’s AI, computer vision, and intelligent automation initiatives. Holds a B.Sc. in Computer
Science from the Technion, an M.Sc. in Computer Science from Reichman University, and an MBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Sharon Rosenblum
Experienced in accounting and financial management across public companies, venture capital funds, startups, and nonprofit organizations.
Leads the financial management domain at Hive.
Holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and accounting and is a certified public accountant (CPA).
Tal Gilon
Comes with experience as an analyst in various roles within the defense sector and public service, specializing in economic research and decision-making analysis.
Leads the methodological domain at Hive.
Holds a master’s degree in research economics with highest honors, specializing in rationality studies, and a bachelor's degree in philosophy, economics, and political science (PPE), also with highest honors – both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Dr. Tirza Willner
Specializes in employment policy, psychometrics, survey research, and RCT methodologies (randomized controlled trials). Brings experience in quantitative research, focus groups, and interviews on topics such as diversity in high-tech, gender wage gaps, and employment policy.
At Hive, leads quantitative behavioral research.
Holds a PhD in occupational-organizational behavior and a master's degree in conflict resolution and social psychology, as well as a bachelor's degree in psychology and art history – all from the Hebrew University.
Hadas Greengrass
Brings experience in talent acquisition for startups and customer experience, alongside a background in clinical psychology research and practice.
At Hive, responsible for developing internal workflows, overseeing office operations, and enhancing employee well-being.
Holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Reichman University and a master's degree in clinical psychology from the College of Management.
Ayelet Benjamini
Ayelet is a technical executive and R&D leader with over a decade at Google. As Research Director for Climate AI at Google Research, she led initiatives developing Geo-based Foundation models and other climate-focused projects. She has a track record of translating research—from Earth Observation to NLP for Google Health—into applied products. Ayelet holds a Ph.D. in Computational Chemistry from UC Berkeley and serves as a Data & AI Advisor at Hive.
